After moving to Kenya, Elliot founded The Noah Initiative, a charity that supports teenage boys and their families through education, mentoring, and long-term care. Today, the organisation assists nearly 100 boys, many of whom have been rescued from human trafficking or life on the streets, helping them to thrive in school and rebuild their lives. The mentorship model also extends to families, with over 40 vulnerable households supported in establishing sustainable businesses and achieving financial independence.

Elliot’s passion for service first took root during his Round Square exchange to Tiger Kloof in South Africa, where he volunteered in local community projects including a nursery for children with additional needs, school refurbishment initiatives, and a soup kitchen serving people living in extreme poverty. These experiences proved transformational and shaped his future direction. Elliot describes this period as pivotal in forming his values, worldview, and desire to commit his life to helping others.

Alongside leading The Noah Initiative, Elliot is also the proud father of twins and has recently ventured into acting and modelling.
