Stannite Spotlight: Lucy’s Creative Journey

It's always so heart-warming to hear about the Stannites and to learn about their adventures and successes. Here’s the story of Lucy Stephens, 35, who is bravely embarking on a new venture:

Lucy’s Windermere School story began at Elleray in pre-school and continued all the way through to the end of Sixth Form. Now, as a proud mum of three gorgeous girls who are following in her footsteps as current students, Lucy’s connection to our school runs deep.

During her time at school, Lucy’s passion for art was evident and her creativity flourished. Inspired by her experiences and following in her dad’s footsteps, Lucy recently took a bold leap of faith and has launched her own creative business as an illustrator. Her talent and dedication are shining brightly, and we are excited to follow her progress as she embarks on this exciting new chapter.

Lucy credits her time at Windermere School for allowing her to be herself and pursue her passions, a value that continues to guide her today. "Be yourself" remains her personal motto—a philosophy she passes on to her daughters and embraces in her creative work.

We couldn’t be prouder of Lucy and can’t wait to see where her artistic journey takes her.
