Future Stannite, Jack's riding successes!

Young Equestrian Star Rides to National Success

At just nine years old, Jack is already making his mark in the world of equestrian sport, and we couldn’t be prouder to support his journey.

A passionate and talented young rider, Jack has represented Windermere School twice this term at the NSEA (National Schools Equestrian Association) competitions, both held in Carlisle. Competing against strong teams from schools including Sedbergh, Austin Friars, Barnard Castle, and St Mary’s, Jack showcased exceptional skill and composure well beyond his years.

In both competitions, he secured 1st place in the 40cm classes — a remarkable achievement — and went on to earn a 3rd and 4th place in the 50cm class, further proving his growing strength in the sport. These outstanding performances have now qualified Jack for the prestigious NSEA Championships, taking place at Hickstead in Sussex this August.

We are incredibly proud of Jack’s determination, sportsmanship, and success, and we look forward to following his progress closely. His achievements reflect not only his personal dedication but also the values we nurture at Windermere School — confidence, courage, and commitment.

A budding Stannite, Jack, we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way!
