Although decades have passed since their school days, the bonds remain as strong as ever. Old stories and photos sparked laughter and fond memories, proving that true friendships stand the test of time.
The group has been meeting regularly for lunch in Carlisle — a central spot for those travelling from outside the county. This year's reunion brought together:
Helen Colville, Heather Evans, Julia Norcross, Lorna Norman, Susan Graham, Sarah Middleton, Jenny Douglas, and Jill Grint.
It's moments like these that remind us what the Stannite spirit is all about.
Here's to friendship, shared history, and many more reunions to come!
